Updated March 01, 2008
This year's Judgesrun Foundation 5k Fun Run/Walk will be held on Saturday June 14th, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. The race will start at Highland High School, at the corner of 21st South and 17th East in Sugarhouse, and will end at the Wasatch Presbyterian Church, at 1626 South 1700 East. The race is a member of the USATF-Utah Race Circuit, and we anticipate participation numbering 300+ runners.
The Judgesrun Foundation 5K is Salt Lake City's premier 5k road race. It is part of a fun-filled morning of activities, a FREE pancake breakfast, t-shirts, random prize drawings, awards to the top 3 finishers in different age groups, music, and just a great time to socialize with family and friends.
Awards are given for male and female winner up to 3rd place in the following divisions: Open, Masters, 11 and under, 12-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and older.
The purpose of the race (and all the Judgesrun Foundation's events) is to raise money for breast cancer research being done by the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah. 100% of the registration proceeds & race pledges will go directly to the Huntsman Cancer Institute for the continued fight against breast cancer. If you have questions or are interested in becoming a sponsor of the event, please contact Carrie Towner at 801-364-8300 or by emailing ctowner@stirbalaw.com.
